Thank you, Incharge! This resonates with how I have been feeling. I have tried everything alternative since I first got sick in 1999. My overall vitality is better, yet my body simply has not come back online. At this time, it just feels like my body is filled with toxins (and indeed it is based on some functional med tests) and food itself is contributing. In fact, the further I go along, the fewer and fewer foods (and I only eat organic) I can eat, which is ridiculous.

Anyway, thank you so much for your reply. I am reading Dr. Fuhrman's book right now and will read Paul Bragg's book. (Thanks for mentioning it!)
