Thanks for the words of encouragement! I'm so glad to hear that your fast is going well :) Today is going much better than yesterday. I had a fantastic night of sleep and my walk earlier today was very motivating. Yesterday and today I've experience slight dizziness just once each day, though yesterday I felt some hunger and today I do not! Down 1.6 pounds today.
