Hey fellow cleansers,

here it is day Five already and I'm doing well. Except for days one and two, when I had a bad headache and nausean, this Master-Cleanse has been pretty bearable. I haven't lost much weight, if any, but I have found on previous MC's that the weight comes off in clumps and I will lose whatever I need to lose for this particular MC. I feel great and my skin is really soft again. I'm also starting to get that mellow, "everything is going to be just fine" feeling that I sometimes get during a MC. All in all, a successful cleanse so far!
