Hi I've just joined and I must say tat you have done a fantastic job fasting, the longest I hav fasted is 2 days then I broke my fast thinking I must eat otherwise il fall ill silly I knw but I wanted to ask how can you get rid of food cravings whilst fasting? I'm starting a 14 day Water Fast tomorrow! It won't be easy because il be cooking for Husband and 4 kids the smell of food gets very tempting any tips please because I'm only doing it to loose about 30lbs.
