Does mineral supplements such as potassium, magnesium etc.. interfere with ketosis while water fasting? I intermediate fast for 42-72 hours, Then i eat a ketogenic diet. Anyways this is my 3rd fast and notice a bit of muscle cramps, and achiness is that common? I heard those could be symptoms of electrolyte imbalance? If i'm correct What would you recommend? All help is appreciated, also i'm new to these forums but have been reading allot on here
