Another good salt is Redmonds Real Salt, you can buy it at most larger Whole Foods stores. I used to choke down my SW swallow by swallow, taking breaks in between, sometimes taking up to 15 minutes to get it all down when I used regular uniodized Sea Salt ; with Redmonds Real Salt I can drink it all down in less than a minute. AND it works great!
