Yes, each day is an accomplishment.If I do get to day 30, I will definitely be so proud of myself and the will power that I have.This is definitely the most challenging thing I'd accomplish in my whole life. I keep thinking how I will be healed of my health issues,which keeps me strong.

I'm feeling really light while walking, it's a great feeling. I promised to myself that I will never again let myself gain such weight in my life. This is the price I have to pay for being careless about my body and health for so long.
