Hello, I don't have the condition that you have but the the question and answer to your problem is diet. I don't want to give you medical advice, I will leave that to your physician but don't waste your treatments if you won't give equal consideration to the cause which is your diet. Have you looked into whole foods? Some may irritate your IBS so I don't want to give you advice that could harm you, ask your doctor or get an alternative medicine doctor that knows a lot about nutrition. Good luck!
