Hello everyone,
Here is the new protocol that I have been using.
The symptoms I have are small glassy, sandy particles and fibers coming out of my eyes, skin, ears, nose and everywhere else.
I don't get sores just constant stuff coming out of my body.
Not fun all at.

I have had to go really slowly since the Herx is really difficut.
