Could I be Iron deficient ?
The cold fingers and feet and nose suggested an iron deficiency to my chiropractor and the cold sore like feel @ the ends of my mouth also point to a thymus problem which could be due to Iron deficiency he said.
Cant be Iodine still, I am supplementing with Himalayan pink salt
