I just woke up this morning feeling great. I lost another 3 pounds. I'm thinking this might still be water weight. I'm now at 233. I am already in ketosis still I measured my ketones level and they're high. I hope I lose another 3 pounds tomorrow lol. I'm really determined to make it to day 30. This is for my life, future and health. How are you feeling today strongasonyx?
