Day 6 of my fast, and the bad taste in my mouth and the coating on my tongue have gone.
I recovered very very fast from my tennis yesterday, I had arm and shoulder pain from swinging the racket, foot pain etc etc all of which disappeared overnight.

I dunno what it means. I am not hungry though, random cravings are gone too.
