Thanks for the message, im only 23 years old and I've read books from Hilton Hotema and Arnold Ehret. I'm really passionate about health and vitality so I hope this gives you hope for the future :)

I read the 108 page extract of your book 1 and I definitely plan on buying it when I have more funds.

Could you give me specific book titles that I could read to enlighten me further?
