Book 1 made more of an impact on my life than anything else that I've read. The reasons that fasting works and it does. Proper food combining proves true in this body. Mono-fruit diet is easily digested and energizing! Books written by the old drs from the standpoint of "how I saved my own life" ... nothing else like them!

Science would have us believe that they are discovering ... they are relearning what was covered up and being manipulated to make us customers when we feel like patients. It's all truly not so complicated, it all makes common sense with a bit of self-education!
