I do remember you. I did not see this message till today, sorry about that. So far you have done a good job.

So fasting will help your Diabetes type 2, however post eating is more important. You know all these parts but I am but writing it anyway. Avoid all processed foods, sugary junk foods, be on plant based diets, avoid all fruits, alcohol, sodas, etc. berries are ok. Eat good fats and small amount of complex carbs. Once you get rid of oily layer from all the cells, you will have no Diabetes. Diabetes is a condition when cell wall does not let insulin in. It can be cured by diet and exercise.

No exercise during a fast, though.
