Yes I love that iea of autophagy...especially scavenging old viruses, rogue cells etc. I am a bit dim here but I presume your reference to 150/160 is hours?
Currently my best is 5 days.

How many fasts have you done? Maybe age difference here as well as I am 67, so decided to try to address a whole host of health issues, starting with Amalgams out and chellation 2yrs ago. Sort of if I dont do it know never will, but do find 4+ days a struggle, especially as I like my Scotch at night....hopefully its not that trashing my sleep. Waking always 4.30 - 5am.
