I am not wanting to Epsom Salt soak this fast because I am looking for my body to get rid of its intestinal contents by itself.
However The cold hands and feet are very very annoying in 80 degree weather.
You think while Water Fasting I can take Iodine ?
Should I get nascent Iodine or the one with Potassium OK ?
BTW if it will absorb via skin, I'll apply it to my hands and feet instead of eating it.
