I was having upper body pain for the few hours since I woke up. I also was off and on feeling dizzy.
Now I was on the phone for 2 hrs straight for work and family from 9-11:20. That left my mouth feeling like desert.
I sat quiet for an hour and my saliva caught up and I feel normal. But dizzy and upper body ache got worse.
I then drank ACV. Which is usually my first thing on a non dry fast day.
Then 20 mins later water.
It lifted that back ache in minutes and dizzy feeling - gone.
