Sounds like you may have some larger stones that are passing through the ducts which would cause this type of pain. I would continue with warm epsom and some heat packs on the liver. If you have one of those hand held massagers try using over the entire right side liver/gallbladder area to get it loosened up. I have had this happen a few times myself and find that I have to keep flushing until the big stones pass. Then the pain relief comes and everything works much better.
