Well, consider this a progress and you probably healed a lot that you don't feel.

Don't beat yourself up. It does tell you that you do have some imbalance that needs to be corrected.

BTW, I hope you did not eat Watermelon and eggs at the same time, or even a few hours apart. All melons are supposed to eaten by itself.

I would suggest that eat a healthy Diet for a month and if conditions are right fast again. But do the cleanses, colon, kidney and Liver Flush after eating raw plant based diet for ten days.
