Just LOVE a hot Epsom bath. That's the down side with showers.
Well this is bizarre. Las week my 4 day fast bought my blood Sugar well down. This week 4th day it's 8.2 during the day. ..only had water and vit.C any ideas?
Going to have a nice fatty meal tonight.
