I started getting tonsil stones sometime after I turned 30, which seemed too weird. I looked all over the internet for a cure and found none, just ways to deal with it, in fact the idea I got was that I was stuck with them for the rest of my life! But it made no sense to me why I got them so suddenly, so I began to see what I had changed in my diet - and I found it!

I have alway drank bottled water, but sometime after I turned 30 my company got a new filtered water machine and I started drinking water from that instead of buying it. within 3 weeks of drinking the filtered water I suddenly had tonsil stones. so I stopped drinking that water, went back to my usual water and the stones went away... what?

So I tested my theory - I drank R2O (filtered) water for three weeks - tonsil stones. I drank "from the source" bottled water and three weeks later no more stones. I have had no more stones for over a year now!

Any water that is filtered, ANY, will give me the stones. This includes a lot of the name brand water that's out there, the bottle has to say "from the source".

This is my experience, I hope this helps someone else out there with stones!
