Thank you very much for the advice. It hadn't occurred to me that problem being the catalyst and I appreciate the feedback.

My only concern, however, is that when I water fasted before last year, I did have access to filtered water that wasn't from a bottle as I lived in a different location and I still had these severe stomach pains. All of which caused me three times over to end my fast because I gave up trying to grin and bear them.

This time I've been more successful only because I expected them to occur, but was hoping they'd go away as I've read some cases where it's just part of the fast that differs from person to person. The problem is that I haven't heard when or if they'd ever go away to make the fast less painful.
