No, in general whenever you are on a liquid diet, breaking a fast or anything of a healing nature, if you are to use juices, use freshly squeezed juice with enzymes intact. If you can afford it, organic grapefruit or oranges or lemons, if not, it's fine, but prepackaged juices are just Sugar with minimal nutrition and not as easy for a healing body to digest.
