I am a procrastinator. Good ol tomorrow. I’ll start tomorrow. Once I make up my mind and plunge in, I have no problem sticking to it.

I’m on day 24 today. It’s been fairly easy for me. I’ve dropped 15 lbs and quit smoking. That was so much easier than I anticipated. I don’t have tons of energy, but started walking a few days ago. I hope that will help increase my energy level. I’ll just keep going .

I ‘ve experienced no spiritual epiphany , and no magical poo. My mental clarity is pretty fuzzy all the time.

That is a lot more info than you asked for. I don’t post much, so I get it all out at once.
