Hi Melanie,

This is my third successful cleanse since April 2004. I had 1 false start about a month ago, and attribute that to not being in the right mindset (I didn't even make it through the day).

I did 1 15 day cleanse, a 10 dayer, and am now on day 7.

The first 4 days the mind plays games with you -- but after that, you're smooth smailing.
