I'm very curious to know how many people were sucessful on their first attempt at the MC, and if not, how many times did you have to attempt it before you were able to discipline yourself enough to see it through to the finish? (7-10 days?)
I'm having a very hard time, even though I prep my diet beforehand (sometimes) and get mentally psyched up for it. I have been through tons of old posts, and haven't really seen this subject adressed. Thank you in advance for your replies.
