Hey Guys, Im starting my water fast tomorrow. Last year i did an 8 day water fast, this year im having trouble committing. This is my FIFTH attempt, everytime i end up breaking the fast and binging. If you guys could help me that would be amazing. I need tons and tons of support. I hope seeing you guys succeed and support one another will help me as well. If you guys want to start a group chat somewhere else that would be amazing because i could have someone to help me when im feeling like i cant continue, If not im ok with talking to you guys on here.
