Jesus, Son of God who sent Himself down to Mary through the Holy Spirit with His power.
The Holy Trinity (God) has to pay the ultimate price for the sins of man.
Remember, God created man in His own image, however else could God perform His intent?

Which of course you reject and why ever else would you ask unless you have other answers that you have plucked from your library of bibles?
