I think if you have good support ,so many that logs on quite a bit, you're all able to stay on your fast cuz you know people are cheering you on and logging on to see your progress and hoping for the best, for me, I am not telling anybody I'm fasting , so you all are the only support that I will have,

If we have something like a weird symptom, we can see if anyone has gone through it before and ask for advice

I didn't realize how your body reacts to toothpaste until archus explained it, so now I will do this fasting without toothpaste at night, that's the best i can do cause I am with a lot of people each and every day so I want to use it in the morning :)
