I really appreciate your advice..

Honestly, I work in the medical field, so I know what it means when the liver enzymes were elevated. Now.. It seems to be fluctuating depending on my diet and body condition.

My problem is I can't eat much carbs because of diabetes and candidas, but I shouldn't take too much fat or protein since my liver will get sluggish.

I already learned a lesson from my cancer treatment before, I really don't want to loose my 2nd chance!!
