Of course it is good for the liver and gallbladder!

Most people pass sludge during the liver flush. Large stones are often formed from the sludge, if the sludge is left inside the gallbladder for too long time.

Sludge is meant to get out before it becomes large stone.

But, as we are not physically active today as our ancestors, today we have en epidemic of Gallstones and pancreatitis.


Large stones may have problems passing out, and may stuck and cause pancreatitis, while sludge goes out naturally with bile.
