try celtic Sea Salt , it makes all the difference in the world! the method i use to get the salt water down, is childish, but helpful. i pretend i'm drinking some type of broth, chicken, vggie, whatever works. i have found the tea to be most effective at night. it gives the senna a good amount of time to loosen things up for the swf.
