I am mildly hyperthyroid. Not enough to produce symptoms yet, but my numbers are getting there.

Coconut oil causes me to have wayyyyy too much energy. I get really hot, my heart speeds up, and I feel jittery like I am on caffeine.

I've ditched it for good.
