I'm doing exactly the same things now! I've suffered with this for 40 years. ENOUGH!!! Spent thousands of $$$$. Tired of feeling like shit. Been doing most of the things you did for Two months now. The most stubborn issue seems to be the brain fog and confusion. I realized that my sinuses are loaded with Candida so started using 2 drops of tea tree oil with distilled water in a juice size glass then dip 2 qtips in and put directly up my nostrils for 10 mins or so. Big difference!
