Happy cleansing! You would think it would get easier each time, but it's always different (this is my third). I thought I was going to die on days 3 & 4, but today (at 7) I'm feeling pretty darn good...and skinny! 20 pounds go goal, and I think I can do it this time! I started at 214; plateaud at 175; then gained 13 pounds. I'm at 180 right now - with an ultimate goal of 160. Baby steps right?
