hello-

i am on day 4, and to be honest im not feeling all too well. i have had the chills on and off since day 2, bad headaches and now i have a raw red throat and a slight occasional cough. i actually feel like i am getting sick. i am doing all i can, drinking water, the lemonade, and hot spearmint & peppermint tea, which alleviates it at times, but not completely. i am trying to hang in and not get dicouraged. is this a normal part of the fast? or am i starting a fast while i really was about to catch a cold/flu?
