Hi everyone, well I'm still battling a range of skin complaints although EC is the least of them at the moment. I would like to overcome lichen sclerosus and folliculitis and conventional medicine is not helping me.

I am going to attend a detox camp in Thailand which involvs a heavy metal detox, liver detox and daily colonics. I feel this will be more sensisble than trying to do these things at home and also it will involve travel to a new place.

I am planning on AT LEAST 10 days with view to do more, I have been saving for some time to fund the trip.

Once I'm through the course I'm hoping to see a complete remission of ALL my skin problems and will report back here the results.

Does anyone have anything to add?
