hi everyone! I found out a couple of months ago that I have candida stage 4 ...I know I have to change my diet I cut out dairy, gluten, yeast ( im intolerant ). it is REALLY hard for me to cut out sugar.. I always crave it and get really moody. I dont know what to do to fully heal I looked up on the internet and I find there are ALOT of websites that sell magic potions that are really EXPENSIVE... there must be another way no ? I know I have to follow the candida diet.. but for supplements what should I take ? I dont know what to take and what to do.
