i realize this is from 9 yrs ago however if anyone reads this hopefully they will also see this message ...when performing oil pulling the right duration of time would be 15 to 20 min however no more than 20min as thats when the body starts to reabsorb the toxins that were just pulled from the body...remember sublingually is the fastest natural route to the bloodstream so whatever you put in your mouth could very well be going strait to your bloodstream to some degree..healthy mouth =healthy body
