well, good. we are getting somewhere.
whew!
lets make that clear, though. i will even broaden it into a general truth. everything about sex has to be taught. everything. the world wants us to think we are nothing but beasts. this is not true. man is created in the image and likeness of god. we are created upright. no other creature is. god id love, therefore, his actions are of all deliberateness. there is no instinct. instinct is for the flesh. the flesh's instincts are to breathe, and if that is satisfies then to drink, and if that is satisfied then to eat. these are for survival. they are what the flesh does. everything else, the flesh must be taught. so you are correct. a child cannot know they are naked until someone informs them of that. and isnt that just like god, to know exactly what he is talking about even though no one else gives a shit to pay attention? hhhmmmmmm????
11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked?
now lets talk about the tree. god told adam (not eve) that he could eat the fruit of any tree in the garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. he said he couldnt eat the FRUIT.
lets stop there. we need to know what these things are. what is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? what can we know about it? and since it is in the midst of the garden, what is the garden?
these are important questions. you cant just assume you know. what kind of airy fairy truth is that? and once we get those defined we have to have a working knowledge of fruit and what that is.
but we can start with the tree. what are trees in the bible? its self-defining. its self-interpreting. you know, when we understand the text. lol wwutt
