I just observe behavior. I'm no expert, but given opportunities to help volunteer with such children at times. But to answer your question "what makes children aware of their nakedness? Is when they are told that they should not run around in public like that.

Much care would have be taken by psychologists to not cause the child to feel shame. For it was not their fault that someone took advantage of them. Eve was fooled into eating the forbidden fruit, however there was just a couple of things different and that was Eve was of the age of accountability and was told not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. That was the choice. God didn't tell her that she couldn't be naked and there were no other restrictions. She learned about the shame of her nakedness after she didn't pass the test of obedience.

The serpent as well as adam and eve were all accountable for what happened.
