She knew she was naked because she took from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Her choice.

Have you ever worked with sexually abused children trapper? You know what, their eyes were not opened to being naked. Matter of fact they will parade all around people naked without guilt at all. So no, I don't believe eve's eyes were opened because satan had his way with her sexually. God's words ring true in the mind's of those who make choices, either right or wrong. It's as simple and uncomplicated as that.
