You might be taking MSM made from petrochemicals. One made from natural sources is Higher Nature's MSM tablets or powder.

I do not work for them or anything like that, I just know their products are very high quality, ofter made in the US which has very high standards.

The powder is very bitter in taste but less bad in juice!

MSM has the same toxicity as water, so is very safe.

Also, Drs are realising the importance of good bacteria in your body. If you take Bimuno for one side of your colon and Inulin for the other you will feed all your good bacteria. Trying to take the right good probiotics, post biotics etc is difficult. If you feed the ones you have got that is quicker and easier.
