I don't have the luxury of stopping life just because I have to lose weight. My wife and son had to get to the airport to get on a flight to India, I have to move from My old house In Charlotte to Columbia. I don't know I am feeling pretty happy @ having made 3 days with a 24+ hr dry fast in the middle.
I have to be awake at work, I cant make too bad mistakes at work either.

Anyway day 4 is usually where it takes a turn for being easier.
That would be tomorrow, I'll get out of any of these and transition to water and then dry for a day or 2 if I can.

I have 25lb to lose, plenty to make a good fast and cleanse and get everything sorted.
