I am sorry, but you are not fasting. You are starving yourself and harming yourself.

When fasting you need water only and let the body do its work of cleaning. Teas are diuretic, instead of aiding body with water the caffeine robs your body of water.

Vitamins are a partial food, it also robs your body reserves by trying to compensate with the vitamin does not have.

IMO, if you can't deal with symptoms of fasting and detoxing, don't fast.

Read and educate yourself before harming your body.
