Yes, the psych ward was really horrible. Still really mad because I was presenting with so many symptoms,(constipation, puritis, insomnia, dead bodies, conjunctivitis, ear ache, nasal congestion, my kids wound up with them, etc...), that a psychological diagnosis was laughable. I tried most of the things already suggested, Mebendazole did nothing for me. Activity didn't decrease even a little. Pyrantel has been a good way to waste cash for me so far at least. It also makes me violently ill for two days or so. House disinfecting has been occurring on a regular basis, as has my self experimentation. On that note: This is not medical advice, everything I have done up to this point has been based on my best guess alone, and while I am not shooting in the dark (I am reasonably sure what I am doing won't kill me or cause any serious long term issues) nothing I am doing should be considered safe. I am in a desperate situation, and if I could find a doctor that would help with this I would go that route hands down. That being said...

Yes Sugar has to be cut out 100% as much as is possible, I had a moment of weakness and a gap in medication, and that was all it took for things to get rapidly out of hand. The little vermin were crawling all over my face and head, so I was miserable for about a day. I found a store locally that I can purchase horse paste at 1.87% Ivermectin Thank God. That being said, I was at a point last night where I decided to do something foolhardy.

I took a 250# dose and dissolved it in water and used a syringe to irrigate my ears with, it worked great (things stopped moving and came out dead). So I decided to take the rest of it and put it in a Neti Pot and attempt to get it into my sinuses. My reasoning was that paste in my nostrils is all good and fine but it only gets a few, and the rest of them crawl up into my sinuses and hide out, this is painful, so they have to go.

I am not dead, but I don't recommend doing this if you have to go to work the next day. You also have to be extremely careful not to turn your head left or right and get it in your eustachian tubes. I got it in them intentionally, and as a result I am sure I killed alot of critters, but I have been off balance all day, and I wound up sleeping for 14 hours. I still feel like crap and my head is killing me. But nothing is moving around right now anywhere. So I accomplished something I suppose. I will continue to update until I get rid of them, or fail.
