Hi all. I'm so glad that there is a forum for fasting as I need support. I'm planning to start the Water Fasting on Monday and was wondering if you have any tips for me. I was planning to do just soup, water, smoothies for the weekend( 2 days) and then starting on Monday. Please let me know if this is correct?
