Hi again,

while I am waiting for anyone to respond to my post, I am experiencing humid weather, some days of rain.

And the ache in the colon is quite persistent.

This is happening at the same time as I am on week 9 of the plan, and I just startet taking the probiotics. So unsure if this is a reaction to the probiotics or the humidity or both.

I have experienced the same ache previously, and humidity is one keynote.

So, providing this is a parasite symptom, I am pondering if I should hold the probiotics for now and rather do a parasite cleanse while I maintain the candida diet and continue taking the oil capsules, Detox and sauna?

I need some input and advice on the timing and sequence on this, if it is a good idea to introduce a parasite cleanse around week 10 in the plan.

Also, I think maybe it could be an option to freeze the diet at the week 9 level, and wait introducing new foods until the parasite (if that is what is causing the pain) is less of an issue.

Any advice on this is appreciated :-)
