I just saw this post about your coconut Oil Enema s. Hope you are doing better. I had a similar die off the day after I boiled fresh cut garlic cloves, I let the water cool and used it in an enema.

I'm thinking of leaving the boards. I'd love to continue checking in with each other since our paths are so similar. Check your PM's.
